2 eggs 1/2 cup veg or olive oil 1 3/4 cups buttermilk Reg milk will do. 1/4 teaspoon salt 4 teaspoons baking powder 1 tablespoon sugar white or raw 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Mix wet ingredients separately. Mix dry ingredients separately. Mix together but not too much.
