Roasted Coturnix Quail

Roasted quail over potatoes and broccolini with stuffing.  The coturnix quail is a fast growing bird that produce both tasty little eggs and a tender delicious meat.

These are about 6 weeks old or so, perhaps a couple weeks older.  Quail are quiet and easy to keep productive little additions to your homestead.  Aside from being tasty and fast growing their eggs that are laid almost daily make great table fare as well.
